Great cookbook! I'm a novice cook and relatively new to plant-based eating. With these recipes, I don't think I'll ever go back to a diet that's not focused on eating whole foods. I love these books. I think it is great that you can blend greens with fruit and not even notice the taste of the greens. I just started drinking the smoothies about one week ago and can already see a difference in my hair and nails.

One book is JUST smoothies, which is awesome... BUT having Simple Green Meals helps to give all sorts of recipe ideas beyond smoothies. They work great together and there are some really tasty recipes :-)
