I’m already plant based, so I really enjoyed the food! I loved all the smoothies and the savory nut mix. I really loved the warm kale dinner. Super delicious!! A lot of the things I couldn’t finish because it was so much food. I like structure in my life so this was good. I just feel good, healthy.

I wanted to eat more plant based and this decision comes along with this cleanse. And I found it perfect to do it with a community. This cleanse structure was new to me but I enjoyed it. It gave me an inside how prep your meals can help you through the week. The recipes were delicious, so tasty. The weekly calls were so much fun and I enjoyed to connect life with the participants. I was not hungry and loved all the snacks :) In the beginning I had light detox symptoms and day after day I felt better: my belly was flat, quality of sleep so much better and my body doesn't felt stressed anymore.

I joined the cleanse as a newer vegan wanting to cleanse my body and get rid of cravings. I thoroughly enjoyed the Winter Cleanse. I felt great throughout the week and found the recipes to be very satisfying and delicious. The structure was perfect and I was never hungry. The prep was very helpful to make sure I was set up for success and the group calls and check-ins helped to answer any questions or concerns I had. I lost a few pounds and eliminated my sugar cravings. My confidence in the kitchen is great and I used my blender regularly ... so much so that I decided to upgrade to a Vitamix! In addition, I had my labwork done immediately following and my cholesterol numbers are dropping. I feel amazing and look forward to continuing with Rawk the Year!

I wanted to try a plant based diet to see if I liked it. I had never done one before. I eat pretty healthy and have already been doing quarterly based liver detox’s. I get 7-9 cups of fruits and veggies per day with the majority being vegetables and I drink 80-100 oz’s of water per day. The cleanse went well for me. It actually was a lot more food than I am used to eating. It also was 10 times more fruit than I am used to since I’ve always been taught the majority of my fruit and veggie intake daily should primarily be vegetables. I loved having the weekly plan ahead of time so I could review the food and have plenty of time to grocery shop. I enjoyed all the recipes. The prep was helpful during the week but man it took up the better part of my Sunday to get it all done. Not sure that is realistic for me to have time to do that much prep every Sunday. But I did enjoy less time preparing for meals during the week because of the prep work. The check in calls were slightly helpful but would love it if you could add some additional education in addition to the Q & A. For example, I’ve been trying to “eat the rainbow” to have a healthier gut micro biome. Experts suggest you start by getting at least 30 different types of food weekly (including herbs and spices). I would also like more info on eating timeframes. I have learned that you want at least 3 hours between meals to allow your blood sugar to come completely down before you eat again and the best way to do that is to cut out snacking. Be sure to eat enough at each meal to be satiated to make it to the next meal. If you are hungry and have a snack between meals then that means you didn’t get enough at the previous meal so you know the next day to make adjustments. Lastly, I’ve been doing intermittent fasting and would love more info on how to incorporate that into your plan. I know that it’s most impt to start your fast earlier in the evening and not to skip breakfast while getting in at least 12 hours overnight to give your digestive system a break/rest. I try to be done eating dinner by 6:30 PM and I don’t eat anything in the morning until 8-8:30 AM. This way it’s a 12-14 hour fast. Nothing too crazy! I feel great and am doing lab testing in the next couple weeks. Hoping cholesterol comes down a bunch since that is something I personally need to work on. I learned that I don’t crave animal protein as much as I thought I would and the recipes taste great. I also don’t miss red wine! Loved how easy it was to follow and I didn’t struggle trying to meal plan for the week since you did all that work for me. :)

I joined to reset my attitude and commitment to mindful eating. I enjoyed participating in the cleanse. I’d like the idea of breaking into three units and appreciated the coaching sessions that kept me on track following the Plan
I discovered and repeat, several of the recipes that were included in the food plans during the cleanse. Weekly prep guides were extremely helpful and also let me know. It was OK to modify as long as I stayed within the framework of the cleanse. I was never hungry. In fact, I had to be careful not to o eat. What I learn was, I could eat properly within the framework of the cleanse and this morning, when I went to add something that wasn’t on the list for this week, I comfortably stated myself not this week My hope is that I continue to use what I learned to eat healthier. I lost 5 1/2 pounds and created and reinforced better eating patterns I am committing to try to drink more water. Somehow that gets pushed to the back burner and to exercise more I feel much better knowing that I succeeded in my commitment to the plan for the cleanse. A bonus for me is my doctor removed another medication. I am more confident in my ability to eat healthier

I had never done a cleanse before and know I needed a gut reset. Unfortunately I was not able to start when y’all started so I was really on my own. I did the cleanse week and am just beginning the post cleanse week. The recipes are all very tasty. I like the plan structure very much. Most of the dinner meals were too large for me to eat. I was never hungry. The prep work was very time consuming, but worth it!!! This definitely made me more confident with my Vitamix!!! Feel a bit lighter and flatter tummy.

I joined the cleanse because I am a mid forties very active woman (I just backpacked 150 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail!), but I continue to gain weight. I also saw my family going down a path I wasn’t comfortable with regarding their food choices… so this was a great jump start to focus on nutrition for me, and I got the whole family involved! I’m now extremely motivated to continue the Whole Foods mostly plant based journey. One week and I could really see and feel a difference!

The cleanse came at the perfect time. I'd gained a few unwanted pounds and was dealing with bloating and fatigue. This was just the motivation I needed to reset and get back on track. I was pleasantly surprised during the cleanse how good the recipes were, although I quickly learned the importance of including the snacks and teas to keep me on track and keep hunger at bay. Bonus: my coffee and chocolate/sugar cravings were never an issue this past week and I lost 4 lbs! I want to keep the momentum going and continue to put wholesome food into my body even as I transition off the cleanse. I'm proud of sticking to it and seeing it through - definitely worth every penny!

I joined to kickstart better eating habits that included more plant-based meals and to get a jump on some weight loss. I had done the 21-Day Cleanse several years ago, and felt amazing afterward and loved all of the food, so I knew I would enjoy this cleanse. This was a little tougher than the 21-Day Cleanse, since there is no rice or beans and I felt hungry a few times (ate some nuts) and definitely had some cravings, especially on days 4-5, but I was craving rice and beans (which is great!) and not sugar, which is my nemesis! I have stuck to the plan 100% and definitely feel great and have a lot of energy. I can see that I am less bloated and feel like I've lost a few pounds (scale tomorrow am). I am proud that I stuck to it, even when I had some cravings and was a little hungry! I'm also proud of myself for taking a step towards better health overall. I'm hoping that I can continue to stick to smoothies and fruit for snacks and stay off of sugar.

My husband and I did the 21 day Spring Cleanse together. It was a very positive experience! We both needed a change in our diet, and with the meal plans and recipes at our fingertips, we had nothing to lose (but weight!). Prior to the cleanse we were eating very poorly. During the 21 days, we changed some meals around and omitted some snacks but didn't stray from the cleanse other than sharing one glass of wine at a festival and my husband having grilled chicken on a salad a few times. I lost 10.1 lbs and my husband lost 15 lbs!! We really needed this boost! And you would think the weight loss was the best part, but it really wasn't. Turns out we LOVED eating plant based!! The meals were soooo flavorful and we were never hungry. The variety in each meal kept it exciting and kept us motivated. I am reading two books: Eating on the Wild Side and How Not to Diet, and they both confirm that a plant based lifestyle is so beneficial for your health. My husband and I have enjoyed it so much that we have joined Rawk the Year and already did our meal plan for this week. Having the customized grocery list really works for us and we have found that we need a meal plan to succeed. We have not been caught hungry with no idea of what to eat. Thank you for providing such an invaluable tool! Our health is so very grateful!!
