This is great. I’m struggling with the “green” taste but I am diabetic and I’ve been able to cut way back on my insulin. That’s the best reason to stick with it.

What a ride! It actually flew by for me. I felt mostly great throughout; usually full enough from meals that I didn't even need any snacks, despite exercising almost every day. And I somehow lost 12.6 pounds! I will definitely be keeping several smoothies and recipes for my regular rotation, and am happy to know I can, in fact, live without all the caffeine and goodies and carbs. I can't wait to do the Spring cleanse!

Just finished week one and no problem. The recipes are great. I have been vegetarian since 1975 and foods have gotten much better, it wasn’t great back then. What you can make from cashews is truly amazing. I don’t need to lose weight but I am which is perfectly fine with me. I haven’t had a recipe that I didn’t like. Thanks!

Currently on day 11 of this cleanse and am absolutely loving it! The recipes are delicious! I’ve done shorter cleanses before and always couldn’t wait til it was over. So, I was nervous with doing 21 days, but I haven’t felt that way at all. I will definitely be using lots of these recipes in our everyday life. And, my husband has been a fan of these recipes as well!
