I joined the challenge because I love a challenge and I love smoothies. This way I was sure I would be motivated to have one every day and be excited to try some fun new recipes. The recipes were delicious!! They were so satisfying, I was full for hours. I have felt so clear headed and energized. I don’t wake up groggy, I don’t need coffee anymore, and my skin looks more radiant. I’m so proud I rated and commented on every smoothie because I’m normally not a person to post my thoughts but I was so excited about the smoothies!! I plan to keep it going. WooHoo!!!
I really loved the 7 day Green Smoothie Challenge. It helped get me back to making daily smoothies. All the recipes were great, delicious, easy to make and very nutritious. I discovered some new recipes that will definitely go into my daily rotation. I also love the support that is this rawkin' community! It was a great week.

Whether you've made smoothies before or are new to adding greens to your drink, this Green Smoothie Challenge was a tasty 7 days of anticipation and deliciousness! Each recipe offered the healthy benefits while tantalizing the palate. The Community group was so welcoming and supportive! The community provided great ideas and postings on the recipe reviews offered new perspectives and experiences. Jen supplied us with great tips for blending and a quick workout while multi-tasking! Thanks Simple Green Smoothies for changing my life with the Challenge! The Shop and Prep days were fun with the group too! I really enjoyed feeling inspired and healthier every day!

I joined to try and get my kids to share a common interest with me. Majority of my kids blended with me everyday. They were excited to find out what smoothie we were blending today. I think I will get them to join with me on other food adventures now.
I really enjoyed doing the 7 Day Smoothie Challenge. I love that they were all green smoothies. The recipes were really nice. They were very similar day over day, but just different enough to change it up a bit. I like that they used similar ingredients too; otherwise, my freezer is full of so many different fruits! I feel great afterwards. My only issue is that I've been only having protein powder with almond milk alongside my coffee in the mornings. I since replaced my protein powder and almond milk with the smoothies and I swear that I get hungrier for lunch and dinner earlier in the day. I'm not sure how I feel about that. LOL The biggest thing I noticed is that by day 3, I was going #2 daily (instead of every 1.5/2 days). I would assume it's because I'm getting more fiber in my body. I did think there was a lot of fruit for the smoothies, but I'd rather have a lot of sugar from fruit vs a candy bar or refined sugars. I am proud that I dedicated to doing this every day. I used to make smoothies daily for over two years straight. I got tired of prepping it, so I stopped. But I know that I feel better when I'm getting more vitamins in my body. This was a win for me!

The smoothies were very filling and sometimes I couldnt even finish them and put the leftover in fridge and added more ingredients the next day.
I felt satiated. But most of all, my clothes are fitting more comfortably🤗. Im proud of myself for joining and sticking to the challenge

This green smoothie challenge was fantastic - I loved learning how to incorporate healthy ingredients and greens into my smoothies! I was excited to try each recipe, and learned so much about how the different ingredients affect the taste and texture. I have some favorites - the “best green smoothie “ is an absolute winner, and surprised me as my favorite! It will be a perfect starting point to create some of my own recipes with seasonal ingredients. I will definitely keep adding green smoothies as a regular healthy meal!
I joined this smoothie challenge not long after completing a ten day juice cleanse (thank you Joe!), and the timing was perfect. I had a number of things going on with my health this year and have completely changed my diet. Unfortunately my good old (hand me down) juicer gave up recently, so I am so happy to learn about green smoothies - I had a busy stressful week, and truly felt fantastic drinking them each day!
I highly recommend challenging yourself to a week of healthy food (a personal detox ), because the results are wonderful.

Note - I was also on a “digital detox”, which is why I wasn’t my usual chatty self in the challenge group. But I was enjoying every day!
Absolutely love this smoothie challenge. Each recipe really tasty and I enjoyed using similar fruits in each, which allows for not having a bunch of random leftovers. Having smoothies daily definitely gives me that energy boost and adding the homemade protein kept me full longer. SGS continues to be my green smoothie recipes!

Smoothie Straws
10-Day Challenge Book
These straws work really well for smoothies, especially when they’re really thick and maybe have a few chunks of fruit at the bottom, they are wide enough to suck those chunks right up! Bonus snack! 😄 I also love that they come with a straw cleaner. My only complaint (and it’s really really minor) is that the cleaning brush is shorter than the straw itself, so you need to twirl the straw around and brush at both ends, but it’s def not a big deal. (Maybe future iterations will come with longer cleaners?) All in all, I highly recommend these straws!

Smoothie Straws
The books came to me quickly and I was surprised someone took time to wrap them in brown paper instead of just putting in envelope and mailing. I am giving them as Christmas presents to try and inspire friend and family to eat better.
Very straight-forward directions; lists; mouth-watering photos; upbeat tips. It’s all good!
Thought for price it was a book. Not thrilled.
I recently purchased three books from the warehouse sale. Although I have not had a chance to use them yet, I have been reading them. The recipes look healthy & delicious & the nutritional information contained in them is most helpful.
