    Great Challenge and Loved the Variety!

    This was a great way to get back into blending a daily smoothie. I loved the variety, and added greens to a few of the non-green smoothies too. I even blended a few new combos, which this veteran smoothie drinker loves! Thank you so much for all the time and effort the SGS team put into this free challenge, and for the fun!

    I've never had so many fruits and veggies in my life!

    I have an aversion to pulp, seeds, strings and "things" in fruits, but I love the flavors. I bought my Vitamix and this smoothie challenge was exactly what I needed to try some new things. My freezer is now full of ALL the fruits and I'm now purchasing spinach and kale in bulk (also I may have never eaten a date before)! ;/
    My favorite recipe was the strawberry smoothie! I'm just proud of myself because to know me is to know that I DON'T do strawberries (seeds, ick!). But I'm a new person now, and strawberries are my (literal) jam! I don't know what other craziness may come from this, but it's going to be great! The smoothie challenge and my Vitamix blender helped get me on my WAY!!

    Always Chocolate, Almost!!

    I did not get to make it yet, but, being I am a Chocoholic, Day 10 must be my favorite!! I cannot wait to make it. But, my new favorites are Day 8 (Strawberry) and Day 9 (Orange Julius). Strawberries must be my favorite fruit, next to oranges. And I used to get Orange Julius's, "back in the day", at the shopping mall!! And that was when they were not so healthy!! This one is the bomb, I am sure! I say that because I have not been able to make it, either, because I am out of oranges. I have not been to the store in several days, because of this heat wave we are "enjoying" haha!

    My "Win" is that I have been faithful to have one smoothie each day!! And, this challenge, coupled with the 21-day cleanse I participated in, and of course with the Lord's help, I have lost 10 pounds!!!! Yes, that is slow weight loss; just the way it should be!

    Fun & delicious summer smoothies

    I loved the smoothie bowl. It was refreshing and filling. I like textures in my food, so the toppings made this one for me. I will definitely try more than one of these smoothies again. Thanks!

    Healthy jumpstart.

    This 10 day smoothie challenge was a great Jumpstart. It gave me plenty of new ideas to kick up my morning smoothies and remind me to add greens to my normal smoothie routine. So glad I did it.

    Smooth Sailing into Summer

    I thoroughly enjoyed this challenge! There were a few combinations that I didn’t think would work, but they were all tasty.

    My favorite as a refreshing drink was actually the Agua Fresca popsicles in their non-frozen form.

    My favorite indulgent beverage was the chocolate protein shake. The almond butter on top gave it a slightly salty note that just made everything pop.

    My favorite warming drink was the cinnamon date smoothie. It was great in summer time, but would also be delicious all year as it was reminiscent of chai tea.

    Making all ten smoothies over the past week and a half has reignited my love of my blender and I’ll definitely continue to get more and more creative with flavor combinations. :)

    I’ve been adding spinach, avocados, oats to my smoothies for a while. I have never added oranges or dates. I found them refreshing and will definitely add to my list of go to’s and share them with my friends.

    Yummy Summer Smoothie Challenge!

    I really liked the Tropical Smoothie Bowl. Refreshing and perfect for summer. This is my second challenge and with each one I learn to mix up ingredients I may have not tried together before. I love seeing what other participants create too.
