I’ve made many of the recipes in the Winter Cleanse book. I am constantly delighted! And my new favorite is the turmeric tonic in the morning. Who needs coffee?
Decided to do this with my husband as a good way to jumpstart our fitness journey. Of course that ment double the prep, but I took to heart the advance preparation suggestions and so I so far have only had to do dinners start to finish .It has been more than enough food to keep even my husband full, and the food actually tastes good even if you aren't normally a vegan or vegetarian. And there are recipes I would make again even if I were not doing it as part of a cleanse/reset. My one only suggestion is to make the page that shows the 7 days with food suggestions for each day easy to find ..like right in the front or last page in the back so you aren't flipping through the book each morning to find what smoothie to pull from the freezer. Great photos , great recipes. Definitely recommend 👌

As someone new to trying a plant based diet - I have found this book a wonderful resource to learn from. It is easy to follow / good layout.
I absolutely love this book. Prepping my smoothies ahead of time and freezing them as learned here had ensured more fruit and veggie consumption. I love most of the recipes. This was great way to kickoff my anti inflammatory eating journey.
I stuck with it for the full week and feel great!
Felt very bloated from the cleanse
I loved the printed copy of the recipe book.
The big thing missing was calorie count.
Realized i was eating very few fruits and vegetables so tried the winter cleanse. Everything was really tasty and after a week i felt much better! Looking forward to incorporating plant-based into my diet going forward. Thanks so much for making this available!!!
