    Drinking a daily smoothie has changed my life. Sure it seems easy to just do it on your own, but let me tell you: having a plan with recipes, grocery lists and daily recipes to make is a game-changer. I use the challenge all the time and it never gets old. I swap at least one meal a day for one of these smoothies... some days two. I have more energy, am losing weight and look forward to each recipe. I feel like I finally found the plan that was made for me!

    The metal straws for my smoothies are pretty and easy to clean with the cool straw brush that is included in the package. I love the colors and the quality. I will never again buy those environmentally unfriendly and flimsy plastic straws. Do yourself and the planet a favor -- get a set or two of these smothie straws.
