    great food

    The prep was very time consuming but the recipes turned out great. Never felt hungry. I did this a couple weeks later so did not use the community support.

    I really enjoyed this cleanse! The food was delicious and didn't take too much time to prepare. The shopping prep list was really helpful too! I also enjoyed seeing other posts on how others were doing with the cleanse and seeing photos of the food everyone made. I will definitely do it again!

    Smoothies Rawk!

    The cleanse was a great way to help clean up my diet and find tasty easy to make replacements for foods that are high in calories. I've lost some weight while still enjoying meals. It's been a great experience!

    Summer Cleanse

    While I can thoroughly recommend the 3-week Spring Cleanse, I didn’t really enjoy the Summer Cleanse. The interactive plan, shopping list, and easy to follow recipes are wonderful! I love smoothies for breakfast, but I don’t want another smoothie for lunch. I ended up doubling the dinner recipes, as in the spring cleanse, and eating those for lunch. I also didn’t enjoy the turmeric or metabolism teas because they made my stomach hurt. I prefer the Detox Tea from the Spring Cleanse. The Summer Cauliflower Salad was amazing!!

    This was one of the most delicious and fun cleanses I’ve ever done. I thought going 100% plant based would leave me feeling hungry and exhausted. I was surprised to find I slept better and had more energy than I could’ve imagined. I looked forward to the variety of yummy foods at each meal and the snacks kept me satisfied. I followed the prep guide and prepped all the smoothies ahead, which made it easy to start the day and stay on plan. I plan to incorporate many of the recipes into my eating plan going forward. Thank you Jen & Team for creating this program!

    Traveling the week of the cleanse so completed the week before. Sorry to have missed the community support, but glad to have completed the cleanse! My husband joined me for the dinners, so that helped. First few days were a lot with the shopping and prepping. My purpose was to reset my choices to more plant based eating by remembering how much better it feels to do so! Mission accomplished!
