Love this cleanse/diet. Everything is yummy and I’m never starving. Lots of variety. Love all the work that’s been done for me beforehand.
I’ve been whole food plant-based for a couple of years. After a rather traumatic surgery a year ago, I fell off the wagon so to speak and gained quite a bit of weight. This was a good jumpstart back into that way of life. A way to focus on things I already know, I just lost my way. I found the recipe simple and for the most part delicious. I tend to be a spicy person and I felt that they were a bit bland. I don’t mean spicy as in hot I just mean I like a lot of flavor. That’s the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five. But with some improvision, I was able to get that flavor I was looking for. There were a few recipes over the last three weeks that were new to me and absolutely wonderful. They will become a part of my future cooking. Thank you so much for creating this program.
I had sunken into some bad eating habits. I know better. I know how to eat healthy. This cleanse is just what I needed. It wasn’t easy, but I got through it without cheating. I liked the structure and I liked the recipes especially the smoothies and soups. I achieved my goal of losing some lbs and I think it helped balance my hormones and brought about better sleep.

The plan and the recipes are awesome, but I KNOW I would not have stuck with it if the support group wasn't there. Reading about everyone's journey and sharing my own was key to seeing it through and not slacking. It's been a joy.
I have really enjoyed making and eating the recipes. I never thought id like soup as much as I have enjoyed these. They are all so delicious. And I noticed with in a few days the decrease in inflammation and increase in energy and clarity of mind. Food really is at the source of health mind and body.

Smoothie Straws

These straws work really well for smoothies, especially when they’re really thick and maybe have a few chunks of fruit at the bottom, they are wide enough to suck those chunks right up! Bonus snack! 😄 I also love that they come with a straw cleaner. My only complaint (and it’s really really minor) is that the cleaning brush is shorter than the straw itself, so you need to twirl the straw around and brush at both ends, but it’s def not a big deal. (Maybe future iterations will come with longer cleaners?) All in all, I highly recommend these straws!

Smoothie Straws
The books came to me quickly and I was surprised someone took time to wrap them in brown paper instead of just putting in envelope and mailing. I am giving them as Christmas presents to try and inspire friend and family to eat better.
Very straight-forward directions; lists; mouth-watering photos; upbeat tips. It’s all good!
Thought for price it was a book. Not thrilled.
I recently purchased three books from the warehouse sale. Although I have not had a chance to use them yet, I have been reading them. The recipes look healthy & delicious & the nutritional information contained in them is most helpful.
