Fresh Recipes For My Collection

Jen's recipes are a welcome addition to my collection of healthy, plant-based meals. I love that she uses easy to find, quality ingredients. Her recipes don't include anything questionable for a healthy diet, such as certain sweeteners. As a stage 4 cancer survivor (diagnosed at age 38), I realize how important food is for our health and longevity. We should all know the importance of fueling our bodies with whole foods and I love Jen's mission to share that message! I will certainly be using these recipes over and over again. Thanks, Jen!

Love this book. Just like everything from Simple Green Smoothies. The photos are a delight. Everything easy to put together and to cook. And if I’m too lazy to come up with something I just check out my recipe book. :). Additional plus for my taste - I am so happy it talks about being “plant based” and not vegan vegan vegan all over. Just my personal preference.

“Simple Green Meals” is full of quick, easy and healthy recipes. If you are new to plant based cooking, you will find basic information as well as helpful tips.
There are recipes for every taste ranging from smoothies, teas, breakfast, entrees, sides, soups, salads, snacks and even desserts. It is beautifully illustrated and even includes a 4 week meal plan. This is a great addition to any cookbook collection.
