Return Policy

We hope that you love our products, yet we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Please reach out to [email protected] within 30 days of the receipt of your order. We reserve the right to change or amend this policy at any time. We accept returns on unopened, unused items in most cases, yet please reach out first so we can help with any questions or issues you might have. Returned orders are subject to refund minus shipping charges and possibly a restocking fee. 

Unused Product

a) Items must be in original container, sealed and in unused condition.

b) Must provide proof of purchase (order number or emailed receipt) for refund/exchange.

c) Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Used Product

a) Not 100% satisfied with Protein Smoothie Boost? While we can't accept any used containers back, we can provide a one-time refund (minus shipping) for an open container.

b) Simple Green Smoothies stands behind our products completely, and we will consider one-time product replacement.

Damaged Product

a) We want to make this right for you!

b) contact [email protected] with photos of the damaged items as soon as you can.

c) We will get a replacement sent out to you right away.

We are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers. Simple Green Smoothies is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that international delivery times vary according to many factors outside of our control, such as transit times, customs processing, and the procedures of your country’s postal system. We do not guarantee international tracking on packages. International delivery can take several weeks.
