I love the beautiful photos of each recipe. Even though the quality of paper is excellent for being in the kitchen environment as a cookbook, I decided to dissemble the book and put it in a three ring binder. Each page is in it’s own plastic sleeve. The recipes will be visited as well as the cleanse over and over again.

A thing about recipe books...

is they are easiest to use when they are spiral bound. The recipes are good, pictures are great, easy simple instructions. It would make it much easier to flip between recipe pages and sit on the counter if it was spiral bound and I would have given it 5 stars.

Loving this Cookbook!

So happy to have the Autumn Cleanse cookbook. This is a gorgeous book with beautiful photographs, excellent recipes and clear instructions. I prefer to have a cookbook in front of me when I’m cooking as opposed to having my laptop on the counter with the recipe on the screen plus it will go in my cookbook library for easy access in the future. There are many recipes I will revisit after the 21 day cleanse.
