    This book has you covered through all 4 seasons to incorporate healthy eating into your life. Each 10-day challenge focuses on a different food item: a winter & a summer smoothie challenge, plus soups for autumn & salads for spring. Of course, you could prepare any of these totally yummy recipes whenever the mood strikes! I love that each challenge comes with shopping lists for days 1-5 & 6-10, making it so much easier to be prepared. Looking forward to cooking my way through the book!

    Very attractive book

    This is a very attractive, colorful book. I really, really appreciate the shopping lists. I was disappointed that the recipes did not have nutritional info in the book as they did in your emails. I have enjoyed trying new soup recipes, a few we liked well enough to possibly have again.

    Beautiful Book!

    Thank you for my gift! I had actually already purchased one to use for the soup challenge. I love the photos and easy layout. I was a bit disappointed that the nutritional counts were not included in the book, as they were on the daily email (I wrote them in ~ I have to count calories for my hubby to make sure he gets at least 1000 everyday). Also, it was a little confusing that the book didn't exactly match the recipes sent every day. All in all, I'm really glad I got the book for future use and I look forward to gifting this new one to a friend! Thanks again!
